BOOT CAMP WITH PATRICIA is a fitness program that includes top notch fitness instruction, nutritional coaching, and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your current fitness level.

When and where will it take place?

The BootCamp will run for one month starting June 10th, 2019 to July 5th, 2019. We will meet at Latin Beat Fitness Studio, 40 Eastern Avenue, Malden three times a week:

Monday 8:30 pm to 9:30pm

Wednesday, 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Friday, 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

What do I get with this program?

2 private one-on-one sessions with the trainer to discuss your fitness goals; 12 sessions, 3 times a week to train in a group;and 30 days of one-on-one nutritional coaching.

How much does it cost?

The cost is $300 for 14 sessions which include two one-on-one sessions with Patricia ($200 value each session.)
If for any reason you do not have this amount, Patricia will work out a payment plan with you.

When do I pay?

Full payment is required at your initial one-on-one assessment meeting.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash or check only.

When and where do I meet with Patricia for my one-on-one assessment?

Contact Patricia ASAP to schedule your appointment. You must meet with Patricia between TODAY and May 18, 2019 for initial weight, measurements, and before and after pictures (pictures are optional ..The sooner you schedule your appointment, the better!

What if I do not want to lose weight but I am more interested in toning up, building strength, or focusing on good nutrition? Is Bootcamp still right for me?

Yes! Boot camp focuses on many different aspects and elements of well-being. We will discuss your goals at our one-on-one meeting, so please express your interests and ask any questions you may have.

What if I can’t attend on all the days offered?

I know you'll agree that some exercise is better than none exercise. So if you can't make it three days a week, at least do your best to attend two days a week. We have seen participants achieve significant results while attending two days a week, and you will have a complimentary

Zumba® Fitness class at LATIN BEAT FITNESS STUDIO if you have to miss a class. (Limit of four.)

Can I still do Reformer? Total Gym? or TRX?

The simple answer is yes; it’s best if you combine other workouts with the boot camp workouts. Can I still do Zumba Fitness®, Zumba Toning®, Strong by Zumba?
Yes, you can! The more cardio, the better!

What if I am not very physically fit?

No boot camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Whether you have five or fifty pounds to lose or just those 'stubborn ten,' you'll find that BOOTCAMP WITH PATRICIA is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels regularly attend BOOT CAMP WITH PATRICIA and achieve incredible results.

What if I am too busy and don’t have time to come?

Professionally speaking, and after working with many clients over the years, I have found that "I don't have time" really means "I'd like to procrastinate a little longer" or "I'm not serious enough for this." The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you want to change the way you look and feel but it requires dedication and commitment.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a water bottle, two towels, a mat (Optional), and a sense of adventure to each class! We'll provide all the other equipment, as well as the motivation and accountability you'll need.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

You should wear a newer pair of athletic shoes that are made specifically for your feet and the way you walk/run. It all starts from the ground up, so being in the appropriate pair of shoes will help protect your knees, shins, and back from injury. Most boot campers find running shoes work best. I like cross trainer sneakers as they tend to be more appropriate for high-impact workouts. To be sure you're in the right sneakers, go to a knowledgeable shoe store where they observe your stride and foot type before fitting you in a pair of shoes. Tell them you will be doing "boot camp activities" such as running on uneven surfaces, jumping, and performing multi-directional movements.

What can I expect to achieve?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while at the same time becoming more fit and toned. On average, you'll lose 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat,” and increase confidence.

I have many injuries, Knee, back, shoulder, etc. Can I join the program? People from any fitness level can participate in this program. Patricia will modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs.

Participants range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.

I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
Yes, you certainly can. As a matter of fact, YOU REALLY SHOULD! Patricia will ensure you can complete the program and get results regardless of your current fitness abilities.

One thing is for sure... by the end of the program you will be 6 to 13 lbs smaller and will have increased energy and your fitness level in general.

I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still do the program?
Yes, you indeed can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this program. Some only have their last 2 or 10 pounds to lose or get muscle definition and want the extra accountability and family environment at Bootcamp with Patricia.

I have eating disorders issues; can you help me?
Yes, we can and would love to work with you.

I have been struggling with menopause issues can this program help me?

Yes, as a matter, in fact, is one of my specialties.
