LOCATION: Latin Beat Fitness Studio, 40 Eastern Ave. Malden MA.

START DATE: Monday, June 10, 2019 

END DATE: Friday, July 5 , 2019 MONDAY 8:30 pm / WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 7:30 pm 

DURATION: 4 Weeks, 3 Times a week, one hour each session. 

PAYMENT:Payment is due at your ONE and ONE weight, and measurement meeting only checks or cash!!

THIS CHALLENGE INCLUDES 

* 12 workout sessions 

* NUTRITIONAL COACHING: Nutritional menus that best fit each - meal plan program, information, guidance, and analysis. Food intake counseling on an individual/daily basis. 

* FULL BODY ANALYSIS: You will found out what is your BODY FAT, BMI, MEASUREMENTS, WEIGHT. before and after boot camp as well as before and after pictures (optional, only if you want) 

* 2 EXTRA ONE AND ONE SESSIONS with the trainer Before and after your BootCamp — During these meetings you will discuss your personal goals, what you would like to achieve during boot camp. 

* Unlimited Q&A with Patricia 

* Makeup SESSION: If you miss a class, you will have a make-up session, scheduled with Patricia. 

* Exclusive fit tips, recipes and more!!!.
